uncomfortable bed room condition
My stay wasn't entirely smooth. the bed was terribly uncomfortable. I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep (and i expect better for the price). additionally, the room showed signs of wear and tear. The condition didn't quite meet expectations for a hotel of this supposed standard.

a good haven of comfort
warm greeting spacious room super clean shower extra pillows
the reception staff greeted me warmly, offering such prompt and helpful assistance. the room was spacious with a super clean walk in shower. usb ports beside the bed were a blessing, and extra pillows in the wardrobe ensured the best sleep i have had in a long time.
the side chair in the room was not very comfortable, but the desk chair more than compensated.

the premises felt very quiet. it was nice not to be in a congested area, so i could relax without the background noise. the hotel offers a peaceful retreat, a place where serenity feels amplified.

fantastic stay!
high professionalism excellent location
the staff displayed friendliness and a high level of professionalism, specifically attentive and helpful from my arrival. the hotel's location offers excellent opportunities for walks and exploration of the surrounding areas. i especially appreciated the staff and location .
The room lacked air conditioning, resulting in a hot environment, even with the window open and fans running. the bathroom also flooded when i used the shower. It was inconvenient. this was nice, despite the otherwise clean facilities.

the king room featured a walk-in shower and an ironing board with a clean iron, a definite plus. i found plenty of wall sockets and usb ports available for charging various devices. extra pillows were accessible for added comfort.

the hotel offered a large parking area with plenty of spaces, a convenient perk. i noticed a fresh-looking reception area that presented a cute first impression. the gym has a good selection of machines and free weights.

i was greeted with a very warm welcome from the reception staff, showing professionalism. the extra check-out time was unexpected, nice for a relaxed breakfast without rushing. the staff are really amazing!!!

huge beds good night
The breakfast WAS excellent with lots of choices. I found that to be good. I really appreciated the huge beds in my room. I always got a good night's sleep because of them.

The front desk provided prompt attention. I appreciated that they demonstrated excellent customer skills during my interactions with them. ALL staff were very friendly and always willing to help with a great attitude.
